In this free online workout video, Fitness Pro, Caroline Jordan leads you through a fun and festive HALLOWEEN Core Circuit. This 10 minute routine doesnt require any equipment and uses total body exercises for an effective and efficient workout. This video is perfect for the gym or at home workouts. For best body results, aim to train your abs at least 2-3 times per week.

Caroline's Crafty Core Circuit Includes the following "evil halloween drills":

- "Witches Hat"
- "Scardey Cats"
- "Creepy Crawlers"
- "Graveyard Glutes"
