December 11, 2009, William Wagener opens ON SECOND THOUGHT , live cable TV show with a Guest , Michael Golden, who lampoons Fresno, Ca. Chief of Police, Jerry Dyer for his escapades with "under 15 year old girls" while a young cop on "duty", using police vehicles. Wagener only briefly
reminds us that this is the 5th anniversary of the poisoning murder of Pam GASTON, but not in this clip. this is about a corrupt cop finding "Jesus" and rising to the top, with a penchant to pad his own pension, maybe even start his own "church", for wayward cops.

Makes me wonder what good the database is really. I see all these innocent men coming off 35 years imprisonment and finally DNA proves they're innocent but the whole time they're in the database. ruined.

I have a friend that retired after 30 years in police, CHP, and FBI work. His son was falsely accused as a Sex Offender, and sentenced to Years, got raped in prison, fought got more years in prison. He quietly made it his personal CAUSE to investigate the charges on ACCUSED, sentenced who did NOT have a Jury trial. He has over 3500 in his data base now, which he claims did not or COULD not have done the CRIME or any related crime, and are in PRISON. Got 5 released, removed from data base
