Paypal $6,000+ EXTORTION, Chargeback Fraud, Collection Attempts!

UPDATE 5/09: I have uploaded the new video which shows the documents that were passed back and forth from paypal to wells fargo merchant processor proving my cliams. Make sure to view it. In that one, there arecopies of the documents the bank provided proving they did not approve the chargeback and paypal is lying: For now, this video: Paypal fraudulant chargeback, BANK DID NOT APPROVE CHARGEBACK! Yet Paypal still is pursuing me and is claiming even after I handled evidence stating otherwise, that the buyer's credit card company "ruled in the buyer's favor". LIE LIE LIE and I can prove it!

To expand on my earlier update. I decided to give up. Too much hassle. I will let sleeping dogs lie. Done wasting energy on negativity. I did get an attorney, we fought the bank, then found out it was paypal all the way. The attorney didn't want to work for free to sue paypal, so it is what it is. It is not right, but sometimes you just gotta say "maybe karma will get them in the end". I guess..

To all who have responded. Sorry, I have not logged into my youtube in a while. Basically got absolutely no where with this. The AG and all else did not follow up. When I sent "evidence" it was literally ignored and I received numurous letters from agencies telling me to go to the other agency and wound up being a big circle. I cannot redo the audio for those that have issues because the original video and documents are on a computer that crashed, so I apoligize.

They did the same to me. Robbed me out of more than $7000. Can the FBI look into PayPal already? PayPal breaks the law every single day! They lie, cheat, steal and seem to promote fraudulent transactions by any way possible. How do they even still exist? Just buy something, pay by PayPal and then file a chargeback. You'll get your money back and the honest seller will be screwed, no tracking numbers will help, PayPal will just take your money.

Paypal closed 2 of my accounts one with $7500 and one with $10k saying there were suspicious transactions and I had to wait 180 days. Only action I was allowed to do on those accounts during the block was upload funds to my account. This is the least secure internet payment company. Their motto says it all: "most used payment service." Ye most used but not best, if you want a good PSP (payment service provider) use Moneybookers. I have been with them now for a year and never had problems.

Paypal Ripped me off for $4950. I solved the problem with item and buy a new software to activate software but buyer received charge back and I don't even have my item and PayPal closed the case. Every time I want to speak with a manager they hang up the phone on me. FUCK PAYPAL

PayPal are criminals I had a reversal done on my account after a buyer claimed to not received the item, PayPal did not even have the decency to notify me now PayPal has played both judge and jury and have refunded the customer their money back, once again without notifying me, now I'm out of $1700 I have no product and now my fear is since my PayPal account is negative since I am a verified member that PayPal will try to charge MT bank account as my access is limited and I cannot remove my bank

Happening to me now. 5.29,2011. Plus they want me to pay for 2 old accounts they say I didn't pay for. I've never had any other accounts than this one. They are now holding my money.

I believe e-bay and paypal are kahoontz, to to the poster abobe about the rare thunder cats, (hmmm, rare thunder cats from1980's? maybe star wars figures) ok anyway, What if a rep from e-bay acted as a buyer, took your merchandise and the did a charge back to pay pal. pretty sweet scam... e-bay can list your product on another site and then refuse to pay for it.. Pay pal then cancels/freezes your account or takes money owed from your bank account, or holds the money to gain intrest on their acct
