I am sorry to hear that you have some problems in using our products.
Normally, the clay will start get dry and have a little cracks over time(
like over a year), however, it still can be shaped by the modelling sheet.
One solution for your consideration is that you can try to used the wet
towel to cover the clay to make it wet and softer. Certainly, should it be
completly dry, it cant be used to make shape.

oh wow you have chinese version
anyways i bought one of your products yesterday and when i unpacked the clay, it was so dry that it cracks while i try to fit them into the modeling tray! im kind of disppointed!
