Its good that even beyond the grave, he can still do what he liked doing for so many years. I am sure that he would have liked to have known that he could help stop what killed him. I know I would.

Such a good comedian. Very witty and smart. So many levels to his humour. Great shame he is gone.

Yes, Simon Cartwright lifelong fan of Bob's impersonated him during the advert the only bits that were spoken by Bob were: "Just when you thought it was safe to turn on your TV again, here I am" and "the man's accident prone!" all the rest of the advert was done by Simon.

You could save a lot of money and film this sort of thing before you die. I'm going to go to a graveyard and read out a quick speech for every disease I'm likely to die of. That way, when my funeral comes along, they'll have something to use.

Yul Brynner did a PSA before he died of cancer: "Now that I'm gone, I tell you: Don't smoke, whatever you do, just don't smoke."

When he first got prostate cancer, the doctor asked if he was familiar with Faecal impaction. Bob said yes it was a film starring Glenn Close and Michael Douglas. :D
