Although I am all for genuine Asylum seekers, I feel that this protest did more harm than good, Destruction of property and causing further stress to those detained, Nothing to be proud of here.

As for "genuine asylum seekers" Around 80 per cent of the large number of unauthorised boat arrivals seeking asylum between 1999 and 2001 were granted refugee protection. 80% are imprisoned needlessly and you support such a system?
