A1) Jump Squats, 10 reps
A2) Push-Ups, 10 reps
A3) Jumping Lunges, 10 reps
A4) Lazy-Man Chin-Ups, 10 reps
A5) Box Jumps, 10 reps
A6) MB Chest Throws, 10 reps
A7) Quadruped Run, 10 reps
A8) MB Sit-Up Throws, 10 reps
A9) Sprawl & Brawl, 10 reps
A10) MB V-Twists, 10 reps
A11) Run & Gun, 10 reps
A12) MB Stomach Drops, 10 reps
