well as a customer it bothers the eff out of me too when like the employee person like WILL NOT leave you alone!!! and they keep talking to you and you're an overly awkward person who doesn't like to talk to people!! haha

@alysonfan94 I'm a lone shopper too and don't like people to help me as well. So, I get it that they survive on commission... But, I know how to shop with out the help haha. But I get what you mean.

In regards to the commission: trust me, we don't follow people around because we want to, we do it because our superiors force us to. It's really not an ideal situation, especially when customers are all " are you on commission", and we have to lie and say no.

I work at a jewellery kiosk in the middle of the mall, there are some crazy people that wander the mall. I see everything that goes on. Constantly I hear crying babies, people who bring their personal life to the mall and scream on their phones, children wipe their sticky fingers on the glass right after they saw my clean it. I could go on forever. Kids hang out at the mall and talk about the stupidest things and don't even shop. I hear and see everything. Christmas is the worst.

I work in retail aswell. What pisses me off the most is when, it doesn't piss me off but its pretty annoying, when you say, Oh you want a bag or do you want the hanger and they take about 10 years to decide! Urgh! Its just like...Come on! I dont all day you little bitch!

I work at a running shoe store and one time a guy came in, looked at our hat section for ten seconds, said "I have to say, your hat selection here is very poor". Then he walked out the door and left without buying anything.

i hate when customers will bring the clothes out but not the hangers. so i'm just standing there like "i'm pretty sure these things were on hangers". sure enough when i go check the room there is a pile of hangers just chillin' on the floor. then i think "really . . . really! why did you even bother to bring the clothes out if you were just gonna leave the hangers in the room anyway?"

I hate when they go out of their way to put the change on the counter, not in your hand that is extended, then they put their hand out to collect change, I just want to set it down on the counter at that point. lol
