The commercials, 2 made-for-tv movies and the entire animated series is now available for purchase on a definitive DVD box set called that "California Raisins Collection", it was just released November 15th of 2011.

Wow. I remember this from when I was like 3 or 4 years old. Since then, every time I've heard any bands' version of the song, I'd think back to these commercials.

yes in the early eighties, but in animation, not claymation. The show only lasrted one year witha couple of episodes.
