  • OMFG!!!! you're soo good!!

    xx

PS. I'm lisanne, sigrid's friend and she says: Wow!! Jij bent egt goed <3

  • 3) Also do 3 balls in one hand a lot.

    4) Don't work on 6 unless it feels like it will work. I got 45 catches if 8 balls, but it's so hard I never work on it - that would be wasting time. Only do things that feel fairly manageable.

    5) Make your pattern a lot higher, and then a bit higher again. Experiment with different heights and speeds. Make the throws so high that nothing feels like much of a stretch.

    Hope that helps :-)

  • 1) Don't worry about the 90 degree angle - that you should only concern yourself with when doing a number that you can really control, or else it'll be too much to keep in mind at the same time. Relax your hands; pretend 6 is easy.

    2) Don't tilt your head until your eyes won't let you look much further up using them alone. Tilting your head will most likely bend your back and stretch out your arms as well.

    3) Work tons on 5 balls(get 500+ catches) and get long runs of 66661 and 645 especially.

  • Cool!! Here are some tips for longer runs for 6:

    1) Keep your hands at 90 degress angle and relax your hands.

    2) Breathe normally because some jugglers are so tensed up that they forget to breathe

    3) Try not to look so high or so low, try to tilt your head slightly upwards and use your peripheral vision to look at the upper midst of the pattern

    4) Relax your hands and make a steady outward motion for your fountain.

    5) Good Luck =D

  • Te gek ilomongol!
