I still have not received my phone after 1 month. Paypal cannot retrieve my money (which is BullShit, alone) and fastcardtech still wont give me a straight answer.I have talked to some other folks all over the world who this has happened too. If this is not resolved soon, they might have to deal with a class action suit!

MY order was processed a week ago and money has been taken. My tracking number shows that i HAVE NOT paid has NOT been shipped. But thank you for your advicew and prompt response. If this situation lags on further, i know what direction i need to go in

ok AdamsStreetEnt....don't know what direction you are talking about, but I am sure that you know what you are doing. Anyway, this unpaid,unshipped thing....I have had same experience....mine was still showing unpaid and unshipped and I already enjoyed my phone 2 days....just a matter of updates.

I Have ordered from fastcardtech and they took my money but not yet sent my phone. my profile is adamstreet. I email them everyday, even called their US number and have gotten the run around. Chang if you are reading this please contact me so we can avoid any other negative action to your company

thanks for the heads up....but did you check your tracking number? did your order get processed? I had few "anxious" people posting same message and after they received their phone, they were sorry for doing that.....so could you please wait a little before you post this kind of stuff?

Hey guys take care of that people, i payed for a phone 2 mounths ago and they gived me a wrong track number for the shipping i still had not received nothing and is no way to get in touch with the to get the money back i had tryied all, money lost

i have ordered item on march-22-09 and the item was shipped on mar-26-09 tracking number is EE089023040CN. its has left China on mar-29-09. its showing me it has left china 5 days ago even on CANADA POST site. its showing me same the info for over 5 day. it doesn't take over 5 days to fly from china to canada. and if its at the canada customs it will show me in the tracking info that its at Canadian Customs and it will also show me when item lands in canada. im really woried. please help me

i bought T32-GW from fastcardtech and paid by credit card. Received my phone in Norway after 1 week.everything working fine. built in GPS,WIFI, Bluetooth etc. only one thing i dislike is camera.
