Is it a h&k 416? Parts: barrel, muzzle, iron sights, tactical rails, stock, handgard or furniture, magazine, dust cover, chamber, pistol grip, trigger, trigger guard and that's about as much as I can name.

Upper and lower receiver. Handguard/RIS. pistol grip. Magazine. Barrel. Stock. Buffer tube. Bolt ,spring, dust cover, gas tube, gas block, flash hider, rails...
