Pregnant ladies BEWARE of Dandelion greens--they are a uterine stimulant and can cause placenta abruptio (separation from uterine wall)

Look for a vendors of seaweed products who test for radiation and certify the results. They are out there. Michellehill94 - you are a good woman for trying to help people - smart, too.

@michellehill94 thanx,its a tough world today.damn

Dear Michelle, Read Bruce Fife's book about Healing Arthritis - coconut oil will do the trick. Also, two flower remedies are helpful for removing radiation. Yarrow formula from FES and electroessence from Australian Bush flower essences. Electroessence is especially good. One patient had a bottle of electroessence in his pocket when he had an x-ray and nothing showed up on the film because the bottle blocked the radiation from entering his body. Take care of yourself.

@michellehill94 This will be my final post here. I worked with Dr. Stanley Kronenberg, RIP, for a time at Ft Monmouth New Jersey. He had the original data from studies of Hiroshima and Nagasaki survivors, which is our largest sample to date of humans exposed to large quantities, bot internal and external, of ionizing radiation. The incidence of cancer amongst the survivors is about the same as the population of Japan at large.

@michellehill94 To be fair, I should tell you that I am a retired Health Physicist with experience working nuclear weapons testing, nuclear rocket development and nuclear power plants. Also a nuclear chemist and dosimetrist. What you are proposing is pretty much what the health food industry has always proposed, with or without the ionizing radiation exposure.
since radioactive materials are being dumped directly into the ocean,is it a good idea to use sea salt??the whole ocean is supposed to be contaminated

@diagreen That's a good question, I guess it depends on what Part of the world the Sea salt came from. Iodized sea salt it probably one of the healthiest things you can use because of some of the other minerals it contains.Normal Iodized salt has fluoride in it, unfortunately we don't live in a perfect world so you just need to use your best judgment based on current information . Sometimes it's a choice between the lesser of two evils based on what you have available to you.

Small quantities of radioactive material is good for you. Read up on hormesis. Enough ionizing radiation to cause radiation poisoning would not be touched by any of the ingested foods, vitamins or minerals, EXCEPT for Iodine which may help protect your thyroid from taking in radiioiodine.

@1Makyo I disagree, No one ever planned for the amount of daily radiation we are now all exposed to, most of the tables are for one time exposure not continuous everyday exposure. All of the vitamins and supplements that I am suggesting people have research that shows that they are effective against low level radiation.
As far as some radiation "Being Good for you" that would be the type that people get from the sun not whats coming from Fukushima.

@michellehill94 There are living examples of background radiation levels far in excess of what we have in the US. In Peru, there are some mountain dwellers who live in 100x what we get. They live to ripe old ages in good health.

@1Makyo Are you aware of the readings that people have been collecting for months now both in the US and Europe? As well as data that suggests increases in infant mortality in places as far from Japan as Pittsburgh PA? Not to mention the fact that in the US especially we are already exposed to things like fluoride in both the food and water supply that people in Peru are not, they live a much healthier lifestyle.I am not trying to fear monger but people need to take extra steps
