As a TIE Fighter Pilot in the 501st, I figured there should be a dogfight montage available - and Danger Zone from "Top Gun" just seemed to fit perfectly

501st is Vader's personal armada or sumthin. They went with Anakin in Episode III to the Jedi Temple to raid it.

@apon91 the 501st was the legion that you would see in attack fo the clones when they attack Genosis, and also were the Empires troops on the ground on Endor.
plus they are supposed to be the Tie Fighters in most of the movies
