Winter Foundation Routine

Hey guys! ‪I'm the type of person who dislikes how most liquid foundations look and last on me. If you think about it most foundations focus towards a certain look (e.g. dewy, matte, etc). Even though I have combo/oily skin I still like my face to have a slight dewy and healthy glow. You can easily achieve that with a dewy foundation--the only problem is that those foundations are usually not long-wearing enough and can sometimes make my face look too shiny. The solution? Mix it with a long wearing matte foundation and get the best of both worlds! :)

I love the combination I showcase in the video because I get good and long-lasting coverage yet my skin still looks like skin! You may have noticed that this is the foundation combo i've been wearing in most of my recent videos!

Skin prep is just as important as the type of foundation you use! This winter season many of us need more moisture! Make sure to exfoliate and hydrate your skin well before foundation application.

So I just subscribed. I am glad I am not the only one to mix foundations. I also use the neutrogena healthy skin foundation...but I mix it with almay smart shade. I like the nars sheer glow but I don't see spending extra money for name brand when you are going to mix them anyway. Anyway, your skin is naturally flawless. Unlike mine I have rosatia(sp).
