that comment is so funny completly agree with you. hollywood criticts are full of plastic faces. I think bono, has a great style and always loved the way he carrys him self. For lord sake's he's a self made mega rock star from ireland. I think people in LA dont understand the real people from the across the pond.

Bono's idol Frank Sinatra said it best about U2's fashion in the '80's. They were at a concert during the JT era and Sinatra introduced them to the crowd and had them stand up. He said they had the number one album in the country(the U.S.). Then he joked out loud "and they haven't spent a dime on their clothes".
I'm a huge U2 fan but it was unfortunately true.
