Some people rag on tony because he's very critical of some "stand-and-stir" chefs on TV and he's very opinionated. This episode encapsulates who Anthony Bourdain is. I absolutely respect the man for the person he once was to now the person he has become. His motive is to inspire people to cook, inspire chefs to innovate. This episode inspired me to call my little brother and go visit our old stomping grounds. Brilliant job Tony, if you ever read this, thank you so much for what you do.

Most of us long to revisit our childhood memories and to share those memories...what a wonderful look into Tony's past.
