  • looking good, but you lost too much muscle during the diet process. I'd focus on packing the mass for another year, then come back and make it no contest. But you looked great!!! Keep it up!

  • buen video; how many days work ? and what type of exercise?

  • The photo's are 11 weeks apart from start to finish, diet, lots of water 6-8 litres a day and the training is higher reps around 12 or more reps for upper body and 20 rep sets on legs...including squats which is a killer.

  • Do you take any other supplements besides a protein? Creatine? Nitric Oxide?

  • Yeh i also used Glutamine when i was dieting taken on an empty stomach (to help it absosb faster) and basic vitamins like vit C, B complex. cheers
