The german scouts, who had analysed the swedes before the game gave Lehman the advice to stand still, in case of Larsson shooting a penalty - because Larsson is a player that is able to react to the keepers action and shoot the other corner. But as Lehmann just stood there he irritated Larsson and he missed. This was revealed not long ago by one of the german scouts. They also gave Lehman the littel paper before the penalties against Argenina - Germany won. Thats why Germany rules Penalties.
