I recently used the same clamp lights/parchment paper/C-47s setup to light a green screen and the talent. Without the parchment paper (Diffusion) the lights created hot spots that were impossible to chromakey out. Also, out of the four clamp lights with flourescent bulbs only one of the bulbs starts off dim and requires about 2 minutes to achieve full brightness. (They were all bought in the same 4-pack at Home Depot....go figure.)
