@SeijiiNakamaru They are called flares.
-
Image the pommel horse a flat surface that goes out in ever direction. In the first ones he would have been hitting his feet, but the good circles never let the feet hit the "ground"

another way to think of it he oriental fellow in here elluded to. Its in the LEAN BABY. your lean is not equal. you lean more on one arm than the other. Faster hand mentioned by this fellow helps because "reaching behind your butt to get in quick, will set you up to lean more to the side you do not lean equally enough on.
Also the direction your hips face will force the leans to be off as well.

Even the circles listed here as "Good" are not done well. There is not enough counter turn in the hips, the second half of the circle is weak with no power being generated. The position through the back is piked with the feet leading into the next circle. They are better than the "bad" ones, but still no where near correct.

the white guy is PIKED!!!

Aw man, i love your tutorials, the good hidden stuff on youtube!

I would be glad to have circles as good as the bad ones.

what d'u mean?...it doesn't matter where u do them, on the Pommel horse, parallel bars or on the floor /ground.
they all call circles - if done with legs 2gether-
or flairs - if done with legs apart-
Now, there are two different names for the circles on the PH depending on which part of the equipment are they being performanced: circles or loops. But this difference happens only in the USA (english) .
did that answer ur question?
please i can't see the diference.
ist the same......

@vientosolar9 : what is it, what you don't see?...there are many mistakes on the bad circles. But probably the most noticeable mistake to an untrained eye, is the pike of the hips; to a trained eye, is the mistake of the "first quarter turn". Either of those mistakes are shown on the good circles.
