It's easy to know the descendants....the cahokian descendants include the Eastern Siouan tribes and the SE Iroqious tribes. The Chocatw was also one of the tribes. Cahokia was made up of 4 great language speaker nations. The abandoned the city because of conflicts between the 4 language speaker nations. It was the cause of the Siouan and Iroqious wars.
