Louisiana businessman, Jonathon Sumter, was in the habit of hiding recording devices within his investment properties to listen to sensitive discussions between potential buyers and real estate agents. This audio tape was released by the Baton Rouge Police Department after a three-year investigation into the disappearance of local real estate agent Estelle Morris, and Little Rock natives, Carl and Anne Serverson. The case is still unsolved. One of the most puzzling aspects of this evidence, cited authorities, was that even though the recording equipment was functioning before and after the incident (indicated by the recurring gongs of a grandfather clock), no additional sound was detected. St. Martin County historian, Oliver Walton, noted that the same location was the scene of a horrific ax murder in 1911 where a mother and her three children were hacked while sleeping. That case remains unsolved to this day. The device used for recording was equipped with an audio sensor, activated only in the event of sound. Warning -- this audio is disturbing in nature.
Great video, I really like what you are doing. I have been checking out your other videos and I had to place a comment!

The picture of the house is a lot more scary than the audio! If this video had an audioless walk thru of the house & the property, that might be pretty cool. But the audio is a totally pointless waste!
