What they're saying is true. I'm a woman who doesn't really like macho stuff and I didn't care about wrestling at all until I saw the film. Now it's the most interesting sport there is to me.

omg, Roddy Piper is the best. He was awesome in "They Live" and he has one of the most famous movie lines ever : "I have come here to chew bubblegum and kick ass...and I'm all out of bubblegum." -Roddy Piper in "They Live" Go see video v=NimgvwDO2CI

@TheSeanDBrand I'm gonna disagree a little bit. He had good matches but not very many. His match at Wrestlemania 6 with Hogan was good and his match with Randy Savage at Wrestlemania 7 was very good. I think it spoke more about his opponents being able to get those matches out of him but overall they were still very good

@MachoMadnessTV Ultimate Warrior never had a good match in his life. He was a popular wrestler and sold lots of tickets if that's what you mean. But he is one of the worst wrestlers talent wise ever

now, i have yet to see this film, but is there anything new this film shows about wrestling that most people don't already know.

You know who Ric Flair is? Just cuz you play with your micropenis with thinkin about him doesn't mean you know him, ya hermaphrodite.
I came away from seeing the movie with a better understanding of the human side of these guys, how much they care about and rely on each other, and how much like regular folks they are, outside the ring. The Wrestler deserves every award it wins. It is a great movie.

Ultimate Warrior also had good matches with Randy Savage & Rick Rude.
