The real Tony Abbott 1979 "Women simply doing housework"

This 1979 radio interview with the then president of Sydney University's SRC, one Tony Abbott, is worth a listen. Clearly already a combative young fogey at the age of 22, Abbott gives his views on feminism and homosexuals, complains about Marxist infiltration of the uni curriculum and doesn't quite know what to make of a course on the aesthetics of punk rock. The interview was found on a reel-to-reel tape in the University of New England's campus radio station by operations manager and post-grad arts and social science student Kate Doak.
