  • Has he stopped smoking yet ?

  • @jiggybilly From that heart attack he suffered a while back I'm sure he had to quit smoking for a healthier body. So, yes he did.

  • @Johnnywhamo Eno only involved in half the cuts on this and the other trilogy albums.. but Bowie learned the techniques and used them in his own style. The pieces go in directions a solo ENO song would never go.

  • @hambukmil Of the three albums in the trilogy Eno sound is the strongest on this album. To the point, it’s more of an Eno album with Bowie on it rather than the other way around. I guess the good thing about being brilliant though is the ability to be able to work with other brilliant people.

  • The composer for the videogame EarthBound was probably really influenced by the instrumentals on this album.

  • Looking back when Low came out I had no idea I'd be listening to it nearly 35 years later & still thinking what a work of genius it was. It holds up so well now..

  • bowie, Bowie, BOWIE!!! Stunning man

  • This one always reminded me of Tangerine Dream's song 3AM At The Border Of the Marsh From Okeefenokee...at least the beginning of this song and the vibe, if not the style and instrumentation. I can't say I find it scary or creepy at all. It's lovely, introspective and maybe a bit mysterious. Totally innovative in its sound world. Low has so many precious gems and such variety, it's amazing that it holds together as an album in total, but it does. By far my favorite work by Bowie.

  • AWESOME....terrifying,scary,magnificent....ambient at its best!

  • @cyberleader346 Actually Eno cowrite and record this album , and hell yes there is a very tangible Eno shade, you should listen to his solo albums, not just what he did on roxy music
