@SteelandSouls15 Tabuu from Super Smash Bros. Brawl almost did. He commanded King Bowser (Koopa), King Deedede, Ganondorf AND the Master Hand and nearly captured all the heroes of the game. But fortunately Deedede betrayed him and put special badges on three heroes that revived them after being captured.

@PopovFreeRunning In the final part of the battle with Ganon (the sword fight) you can pull out the fishing rod and distract him. He'll stop what he's doing and stare at it. You can look up the trick to see what I'm talking about, it's actually really funny...

Let me explain the fishing rod by taking our previous battles into account. The first battle was Link being forced to fight Zelda by reflecting magic with his sword.. The second was a GIANT BEAST versus a transformed wolf. Then Midna attacks with new magic. After that Zelda uses Light Arrows to stun him. Now it's the final battle. Ganon wonders what new trick Link has up his sleeve. Link pulls out a fishing rod. Yeah, I really don't blame him for his WTF reaction...
