Actually, that joke wouldn't work for the set-up. All of the items were misheard words. Fork 'Andles (instead of Four Candles), O's (instead of Hoes or Hose), Peas (instead of P's). Finally, Ronnie reads the list and realizes that the accent was going spelled out on the paper. Knockers=knockers, doesn't work that way.

fairly funny but I don't think it's really deserving of 'funniest sketch'. Probably cleverest, or 'most puns in a sketch', but I barely chuckled throughout. Perhaps it's the overzealous audience laughter.

a suggestion made by Ronnie Barker for the ending didn't get put in..
Ronnie C gets the list at the end, very cross, calls out.. "Miss Jones come out and serve this customer.."
Along comes the very buxom Miss Jones, who takes the list and goes towards the drawer of door handles and other bits and says, "oh yes, knockers." Fade out....
