This 5 min clip is exerpted from local (Unique / 非凡電視) programming broadcast in April 2007 that introduced 8 long-term foreign residents in Taiwan. I skipped the night markets, beetlenut and karaoke to spend the afternoon with the crew exploring some of Keelung & Taiwan's history (文化歷史景點). Had the weather been better, I would have taken them to a little-known Qing Dynasty command post (清代軍哨) overlooking Keelung Harbor. ... perhaps next time. Northeast Taiwan (台灣東北角) is great for history, hikes and stunning ocean vistas.
