@EoinF745 The big difference is; the Chili Peppers were not popular when Hillel and Jack were with the band. The fact that Anthony, Flea, John and Chad were the longest running lineup makes them the classic Chili Peppers. Not to mention that lineup produced Blood Sugar Sex Magik, Californication, By The Way and Stadium Arcadium; their most commercially and critically acclaimed albums. Unless you are a die hard Chili's fan, you don't know who the hell Hillel and Jack are.

John Frusciante was a replacement for Hillel after they went through a few guitarists
