Is it correct that the ONLY IRREGULAR FORMS (That cannot be taken from conjugating the indicative yo form) in the subjunctive are dar, ser, ir, estar and saber?

question: so you never use the subjunctive at the beginning of a sentence since it is part of the dependent clause is that correct?

@geezwhycantifindanam only is for some odd reason, the sentence were arranged with that clause at the beginning, or is a partial command form (independent clause implied): Que vengan más tarde. (Quiero que vengan más tarde). Good question.
