hi, im 16, i need to improve on my bench, can you help, i can only bench 210.. i cant take protein my mom dosent believe in that, but any ways can you help?
why not use the straight bar seeing as a you're doing things like deadlift and front squat which really should be done with a straight bar?

@cashgenies1 nvm im 17 now and i got some elite protein and a pre workout formula called morph. now i bech 285 ;)
