Here we have Ross Pearson in round three of a four round circuit comprising of 8 stations of 45 secs duration, all in all a six minute round of lactate Hell!! This is one week out from his fight at UFC 105...

  • what good does that 1st excersize do? i can only think of simulating pulling someone down to the ground from clinch?>

    Thinkdeeper - why not give it a try, keep your feet square at first until you get used to the movement. It's also great for opposing KB or DB swings...
