it's not necessarily bad for the psp itself but it is for the data. if you accidentally bump the cord, it comes undone, or something disrupts the process when a file is being modified it will corrupt the file (most of the time) and you will either have glitches on that file or you will just not be able to load it. (some glitches don't matter, others make random holes in the floor on freelance games... not fun)

i just made the pandora battery (the hard way-cutting it open, bending the pin etc)

i have a psp 1000 and the battery does'nt charge after one day it slipped and drop off my hand .Is it possible that i can fix the battery at home without buying a new one?

@BigKing2005 .. No problems that I know of................. but I'm sure the recharge power pack would get quite hot.

@saranajup These programs are "NOW OLD" AND THE LINKS HAVE CHANGED " there are newer apps around . check around YOUTUBE or PSPHACKS or DCEMU for more recent hacks , this one is by now outdated . good luck. ps. it is very possible to return it to its original condition.
