  • @stjernefodt You should still buy the Curado 300! It is great for bays and lakes alike. This other monster coming out is probably too heavy to fish with all day, unless you are targeting some serious fish.

  • This looks like it will be the last reel you ever buy for big saltwater action. Enough line capacity to jig or just cast. Enough power to pull the fish out of the reefs or wrecks. And the speed to get it to the boat before the sharks or baracuda leave you with lips and eyes. Only question is: What Terez rod to mount it on that would be multi purpose enough to cast and verticle jig???
