540 1970 Corvette and 540 1969 Camaro just for getting to and from work. The Vette used to be a Merlin from Bill Mitchell, but that proved to be junk and not warranteed, so i replaced with a real 540 built by Yorke. Much better!

Great cars, buy I'd put the camaro up and make the vette my daily driver. The 70 vette is dime a dozen compared to your Camaro. I'm not saying anything bad about your vette, it's just the camaro is worth more if you were to sell it. Both keep both they are nice.

@surrynet They are both daily drivers. GM built 17,000 70 Vettes and 250,000 69 Camaros, so 69 Camaros are easier to find for sure. 69 Camaros are also more desireable, especially once rodded out like mine. I like them equally and would ask about the same price for either if I was to sell them. However, they are not for sell and likely won't be while I'm alive.

where can i find the website to yorke? and was it a crate motor or did you add to it after you got the motor? how much did it have when you got it?

@PD19954 Gary Yorke at Classic and Performance Cars. 604-940-9633. He has no website. Gary built both engines. The Camaro from scratch. The Vette started from a 540 Merlin crate engine that had serious problems, Gary made it go.
