@AzzedineAliaFan I know the stuff verey well., and it worsk my kids take it...all 3 my wife and damn near all my clients, if you do your reseach you will find thier not to many drawbacks from this stuff...at all, you CANT even overdose on the stuff, but i feel you and again no harm no foul

@darness1234 no problem, just trying to help but i won't do it again LOL that azz came at me hard, but it's all good, like u said no harm no foul :-) I am like the male version of oprah & janet, have lost & gained so much it's Hard to keep it off. I am not genetically blessed as u are. I resort to the b12 shots for a jumpstart to get me started and then i get back 2 the gym. It's not something i would recommed unless you know the downfalls of it (my regimen of the b-12 shot)
