He put the State of New York in jeopardy. Think about it. If someone else had got a hold of this news before the FBI broke it wide open, they/he/she might have tried to blackmail him. Would Spitzer have exchanged a "FAVOR" for silence? If he dose not resign. What would be his punishment? A "TIMEOUT"?

He should resign, he arranged to meet a prostitute, which is illegal. His whole term has been met with scrutiny. He wanted to give illegal immigrants driver's licenses for god sake this guy needs to go, NOW!!!
