I can't tell if it's one or two tires spinning in the vid, but I do know if you apply the brakes lightly, you can lock up your rear axle. The brakes equalize the pressure and effectively turn your dif into a limited slip or a locker. I'm not just saying shit here either, I do that all the time in the trucks at work when (if) I get them stuck. Just put the parking brake on half way, and she'll pull right out.
