  • Everything he says in this video is absolutely true! Employer come into the hearing prepared, witnesses, evidence and do stretch the truth. Judge will not take your seriously by going it alone without a attorney present and everything the employer states, regardless if true or not is allowed on the record, unless you make a objection.

    Hearing is the first bite of the apple and appealing is meaningless, since they only go by the record in the hearing.

    Hire a lawyer, period!
