Bankruptcy Fraud-Victim: #1 Awarded Griffin House -Foreclosed!

The Griffin House of Jeffersonville, NY (NYS Star Of The Industry, 2007) was recently lost in a foreclosure due to a bankruptcy fraud committed by a wealthy debtor in Federal Bankruptcy Court (Congregation Kollel Mateh Efraim, aka rabbi Abraham Steinwurzel, aka Jack Lefkowitz from Brooklyn, NY) where we are the only non-insider creditors.

After twenty years of hard work, and entertaining such guests as singer; Mark Anthony, Famed Neurologist and Author; Dr. Oliver Sachs, Entrpreneur; Donald Trump and countless weddings, anniversaries, etc...to lose it in such a way is: Criminal!

We are senior citizens, and I am a combat veteran...I was awarded the Foreign Expeditionary Medal, and I served my country honorably...I was selected for and served in the honor guard at the White House for the funeral of our President, John F Kennedy. Now, forty-seven years later and followed by a lifetime of hard work, we have been robbed of our business, our home and our retirement by an extremely wealthy "debtor" in our bankruptcy courts. Incredibly, our bankruptcy courts were complicit in their process and we have been abandoned with little or no hope, nor opportunity for recovery! .

I swore an oath and helped to protect our country from its enemies...little did I realize that one day I would be facing an enemy right here in our very own back yard.

The more that good and decent people come to know that these predators are out there, and that their greed knows no bounds...ethics and morality are also the victims in this courtroom charade...then we can begin to spread the word, and summon the global consciousness that will put an end to their unilatteral privilege and restore common decency.

this is happening all across our country and it is being done by all kinds of faiths and big companies. a smaller example is if the county wants to put in a road they can just buy your propertyeven if you do not want to selland toss you out.so we the people realy arent. money seems to be the way of the future and people are only things in the way of big businesses..
