  • this is what the fuck i do, I have a heavy ass meal about 20 30 mins before i go to the gym. I like the feeling of feeling full stomached when i lift those heavy ass weights. bebcause damn, I remember working out once when I was actually hungry and oh my GOD was it ever an AWEFUL AWEFUL feeling. I felt so petty.

    so ye. there u go, eat, feel full, feel energized, go to gym, and lift some shit, come back still feeling full so u wont binge like a motherfucker afterwards.
