Allyson prepares a traditional Lamb Kebab recipe for her Confident Cooking Class in Summer 2007. Rather than cooking the lamb outside on a grill, the ground lamb, fresh parsley, fresh garlic, red pepper, and whole wheat bulgar are prepared as meatballs and grilled in olive oil in a large skillet.
