  • i remember moers

  • Sounds vaguely Turkish. I think in time any creative artist tires of repeating his cheap tricks - whether musician, painter, writer or whatever and longs to break from the constraints of form and find something new and fresh and spontaneous. Sometimes he's lucky, sometimes not. In this 'altered state' what emerges is to a greater or lesser degree the energy of the collective unconscious as Jung would term it - a return to the Massa Confusa.

  • dere geliyor dere...

  • I was lucky enough to see them tour as Skeleton Crew around this time (@ Reed College). Great concert!

  • they were playing this very tune superfast on the last tours from 85-86

  • gifted, truly

  • What a beautiful melody. I see below that it's a turkish song. Fred, Tom: They made some of my favorite music ever.

  • they were good

  • Obvious here which one is the more accomplished string player, but I like Fred's crazy melody line.

  • Keep on scraping
