Vintage electronic Krautrock from Dieter Moebius & Hans-Joachim Roedelius. The opening track from the album "Zuckerzeit", produced by Michael Rother. A prototype for Electronica, and Brian Eno approved.

  • Gee that's nice of Brian, considering these guys were doing this kind of thing long before he was, and he made the pilgrimage to their studios...not the other way round...credit where it's due people.

  • @mannoe Of course, the influence of collaboration doesn't work only one way. And Cluster always gave props to the people they worked with, especially Eno, Michael Rother and Conny Plank. Roedelius said in 1997 about their collaborators: "Michael, as well as Eno, gave a lot and had a certain focus regarding our common work... Obviously working with Michael changed my and Moebius' focus, I don't know if Michael got the same benefit from working with us as we did working with him."

  • This obviously had an influence on Boards Of Canada. Anyway, I love them both.

  • 1 word: SICK. This sounds so compelling and ahead of it's time!
