@rancwr @surfer53 I agree with both comments, I think they're actually different sides of the same point. I don't like the whole pride idea, but that's simply because I think it shouldn't be needed anymore. And that's one of the reasons I love JB, he's made being gay so matter-of-fact, as it should be. And maybe it's no shock straight women adore him (speaking as one, it would be hard not to), it's that straight men accept him as well that's great.

@The13memories scott and john really complement each other... scott is the one that keeps john down and centered, and john is the one that gets scott's inner queen to come out every now and again. They're both nerds, they're both hilarious, and most importantly i feel like they both really need each other.

I hate myself for saying this but...John and Scott don't suit they are very diffrent people but then again I guess that's what makes what they have Soooo special and they are gay(always adds) lol and also I thought Scott would of been jealous of the kissing but he is very controlled!

I have to say that these two are the most un-camp gay men I have ever seen. I mean looking at them even right next to each other in this interview it would be so hard to tell they've been together for 16 years!!

@surfer53 I appreciate your POV and well stated. However, the reason people feel the need to be in "speedos on floats down the street" is because unlike your sexuality, people are still killed all over the world, and indeed even in the US, just for "being who you are". The day all gay people everywhere can have full & equal marriage, adoption and respect just like any straight person, I think that's the day you'll no longer see the need for pride parades. Until then, they are very necessary.
