So good!!!! IMO the essence of this piece is in how the contrast between the Presto Furioso and the A Capriccio Espressivo is played out, he does it fine justice. Where did Liszt get this from? It's unparalleled. To create such a towering, monstrous opening and then be able to transmute the madness into poetry.... unreal......
