Snow in Seattle Dec 2007

It's hard to believe snow can come down so fast. Here you have it starting out then in 30 minute.

This is in Bellevue, WA Dec, 2007. Need to put up a new video since it's snowing again in Dec, 2008. Finally stopped after several hours. Belleuve is pretty shut down now. I'll be snowed in for at least a couple of days. Might snow 3 or 4 times a year.

In Seattle, they get a few inches every year. But, it seems every year, the further North you go, the more snow you see. In Bellingham, they usually see the coldest weather and snowiest weather in located in the Puget Sound Region. I'm not sure how it is in Vancouver though.

Is the weather almost the same between Vancouver, Canada and Seattle? do they have almost the same levels of snow every winter?
