My totally twisted separated as well, why I don't know, but I was able to get it creamy again by using my hand blender/mixer. Hope this helps.

hey ladie- did you contact the owner and asked her about the products that separated?? anywho, I like your hair- great review. I have been looking at her products for a good while now.. I just might have to order some samples?? How long did it take for it to ship out??

No, I didn't contact her. Maybe I should? It took about two and a half weeks for the items to ship out for me. I would try the line, you can get sample sizes of alot of the items.

you should go ahead and contact her. I had that problem and she replaced it. It should stay creamy.
