I was recently told " You are a truck driver...so what". Yes I am and have been for almost 17 years now, owned 3 of my own and now just do local work. People don't realize what drivers sacrafice for the good of their families as well as those we don't know and will never meet.

Yes Alabama did retire but thanks to Brad Paisley they have returned for at least 1 more song...Old Alabama. It is a true pleasure to hear the rekindered voices of some of the greats hes has brought new attention to.

I lost my dad in a wreck in the same state, I also was a driver and I was about an hour away from the crash and never found out about it till the state cops found me sleeping at the T5 truckstop hours afterwards, I just wish my dad would have made it! but we still keep on trucking!!!!!
